This Week's Office Episode: Secrets and Fans

Last week had some exciting things going on in the office, and this week is filled with more! The Art team has been working up on finishing a milestone for our next game, Production and Development has been testing a few puzzles (and today we had a meeting about the results of these), tomorrow we start discussions on important artwork and themes, as well as have another meeting for the game play of our next game, and the Marketing and Sales teams have been working on something small, but secret for this summer.

I personally have been working hard on a new interview, as well as some merchandise store maintenance (fixing or adding images and such, getting organized in our secret behind-the-scenes folders).

Sadly, I can't share anymore pictures with you about anything I just mentioned because it's all top-secret. However, I certainly can share with you some more fan content!

First of all, it's been a while since I've mentioned this, but we continue to receive Fan Testimonials that we add to our site page here. Ben wanted to share his with everyone, and if you click here and scroll all the way down to the bottom (as of today it's the last/latest one) you can read the rest of what he has to share. We love hearing from our fans!

Also, we have another fan, Kate, who wanted to share her Nancy Drew scrapbook. Nice work, Kate!

And we have another birthday!

Little Jackalope, did the teaser from the next game mean for us to be wondering if Kate is dead or alive, or was this an accident?

Ahh yes. I remember how I was first hooked on Nancy Drew :D When I first started to discover Nancy Drew it was thanks to my big sister. ( I was about 5 or 6) She was playing (this seems redundant) Message in a Haunted Mansion, at the seance part, and I couldn't help but watch! That got me interested in the games. I had always loved the Hardy Boys, and mysteries in general. I started reading the Nancy Drew books and thought they were very entertaining. So, one day, I decided to try a Nancy Drew game, and picked *gasp* Message in a Haunted Mansion! When I finished that game, I needed more. I would beg my mom to take me to Target or Walmart to get more Nancy Drew games. Now, ever since 2007, I have been playing Nancy Drew games! Because my Sister is usually to busy to go out and buy them, I lend them to her; and she, in return, gave me her whole collection of old games, which I can't find in the stores!!!! I was overjoyed. Now I am eagerly awaiting The Silent Spy :O
At any rate, it sounds super exciting that you guys already are planning the marketing! I wish you could tell us more, or show us more! Oh well, this is a good way to make us want to pre-order :P
