I'm not sure I understand,I'm relatively new to solving the puzzles on this website (or at least attempting to solve the puzzles) So I'm not exactly sure what a "regular puzzle" is.
I can make out about two words one way, but after that nothing makes sense...

Alie-oop: You don't need to email your answer unless it is a contest. There is a spot on the message boards where fellow puzzle-whizzes discuss and solve the puzzles.

That's the answer I got, but I assumed it was wrong because the last column is a little different and doesn't follow the pattern.
