Weekend Puzzle #126

Hey howdy hey! It's Friday again! That means a few of us get to attend another top-secret meeting and try out puzzle prototypes (below are the pieces I used to try out our designer's latest game). Any ideas what this puzzle might be like?


So you don't get left out on some fun, I've attached below this weekend's puzzle. I'm curious to see how fast this one will be solved...

    Is it another twisted,confusing,have-to-research-in-order-to-play game of chess?

    Hey. I didn't see that line in ASH, but I saw it on the trailer! How can I see it...ok, if it would be a spoiler...ugh...well anyway I really really liked ASH.
