Creature of Kapu Cave is a pretty decent game too... as is Ransom of the Seven Ships. (About RAN though... there is a spoiler in that game for one of the older games... be sure to have played game #2 FIRST which is also a great game ;) For the newer games, I'd recommend Trail of the Twister for a highly educational game on meteorology. (I mean, mammatus clouds? Not even spell check knows what those are! LOL) Or if you're going for a more 'mysterious' feel, still without being that creepy, out of the newer games, The Deadly Device is the way to go. Warnings at Waverly Academy is also a great one! Out of all of the aforementioned, the two I would personally recommend the most are The Secret of Shadow Ranch & The Deadly Device. Hope I helped! :D ND's #1 fannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5095727196596955026.post-24609298161757229922014-04-03T15:16:43.565-07:002014-04-03T15:16:43.565-07:00Are you guys going to release more about MED soon?...Are you guys going to release more about MED soon? My top four picks were:
Phantom of Venice
Treasure in the Royal Tower
Alibi in Ashes
The Deadly Device
It would be hard for me to pick one game, but all in all TRT is a great game and deserved to win.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5095727196596955026.post-88070110624076967822014-04-03T12:30:57.983-07:002014-04-03T12:30:57.983-07:00so after a few years of Nancy neglect, at the ripe...so after a few years of Nancy neglect, at the ripe old age of 22, I decided to download Alibi in Ashes last night & finished it in one sitting -happy to find out I've still got it. The one thing that hasn't changed with age is how ridiculously/embarrassingly scared I get while solving certain cases (I blame Nancy for about 2/3 of my childhood anxiety). Do you have any sort of post that break up the Nancy games into sub-categories? I've noticed some are adventure-y or paranormal (cue the nightmares), but my favorites are Alibi in Ashes, Venice, Deception Island & Danger by Design..which all have a different feel from the other games. Now that I'm re-hooked on Nancy, what game would you suggest getting next? I stopped playing after I completed Venice so anything after that is brand new territory to me!

(sorry this doesn't have to do with message boards but finding your blog was what got me back into Nancy Drew)Diananoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5095727196596955026.post-23256649651570918642014-04-03T11:50:05.436-07:002014-04-03T11:50:05.436-07:00Haha, yeaaah.
